ENCORE brings together four artists who have each had solo shows at NoBA Artspaces in the past. Elyce Abrams, Matt Allyn Chapman, Timothy Gierschick, and Ben Weaver now return to NoBA as a group, demonstrating their careful, studied attention to form (line, color, shape, texture) and composition (edge, surface, juxtaposition, pattern). Exhibited alongside one another, each artist's work enhances the other's, enlarging the possibilities of experimentation in space, movement, and dimensionality.
